Over the past couple of years, I’ve developed the habit of taking long walks (thanks to my dog). During those walks, my mind would start running in every direction. Not in a toxic way, but in a way that felt like I was sitting quietly with myself — facing whatever came up.
Anxieties. Bad thoughts. Good thoughts. Ideas. Self-reflections.
Over time, I built a healthier relationship with these thoughts. Walking became my therapy — a place where I could process life and explore my inner world.
But there was one problem: I would forget most of those realizations and ideas once the walk was over. That’s when I started journaling — just to capture them before they faded away.
And now, that habit of journaling has led me here, to this blog.
This space is my way of documenting the journey — the reflections, lessons, and ideas that I don’t want to lose. Maybe one day it will be valuable to others too, but for now, it’s a way for me to look back and see how my mind and my journey evolve over time.
